Why didn’t I get an email?

What’s this bundle thing?
We bundle our jobs roughly once a month, send them all at once to the factory, and pass the savings on to you! If you need something outside the bundle date we can do a rush order. Contact us here for that.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country accepts mail from the US we can ship to you. Use our website to estimate your shipping charges. International orders are subject to any surcharges that may incur on our end or your end at the time of shipping and or delivery.
Will you design my art for me?
No. You must submit your art PRINT READY. We will print what you submit. We advise that you paste your art into our templates for the best results and follow the instructions here. If your art is tiny and looks blurry on your phone you will have a large blurry flag or shower curtain.
I downloaded my image from the internet can you print it?
You must own the rights to the image you submit just make sure it is the correct resolution. We advise that you paste your art into our templates for the best results and follow the instructions here. Again, we will print what you submit. Can I order a custom configuration like without grommets, double sided, etc.?
Yes but these would be separate from the bundle and a custom charge would apply. If you need these services you must request these BEFORE you place your order. Once an order is placed and your artwork is “ARTWORK CONFIRMED” status you cannot modify the order. Just talk to us first if you have special needs.
Can I rush my order and not wait on the bundle date?
Yes! If you are ordering at least 100 flags we can talk about a service charge for rushing your order. Contact us here.
When will my order print?
Once the bundle date has passed and your artwork is in “ARTWORK CONFIRMED” status then your order status will change to “PRINTING SOON” shortly. This means your order has been submitted to the factory and will complete printing within 5-10 business days (usually way less, lately it’s 4 days and it’s on the way to us for sorting)
When will my order ship?
When your order status changes to “SHIPPING SOON” your order has arrived from the factory for sorting and will be mailed out to you within 24-48 hours (business days)
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You will get a tracking number and your order will be marked “COMPLETE“. Give the tracking number 24 hours (a few at least) before it starts showing up online for tracking.

WE have a problem with your flags.
In the rare case of a mistake at the factory we will refuse acceptance of your job and immediately schedule a replacement job for you at no additional cost to you. If you have multiple other products that pass our inspection we will send those out immediately to you.
I just missed the bundle date. Can I still submit an order?
Yes. We’ll do our best to slip it into the factory last minute but if you’ve missed the boat then you are in the next round or you can talk to us about a rush. Contact us here.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order only BEFORE it has entered the “PRINTING SOON” status. After that it is locked in the bundle and your custom job is being printed and packaged at the factory. Contact us via email or the support form if you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your job enters the “PRINTING SOON” status.
