Artwork & uploads

How do I send my artwork?

After checkout, open My Account → Orders → View, then Upload Artwork. You can also save designs in My Artwork. Guest customers should use their private order or artwork link. Choose the item and print area, upload the file, assign quantities and complete any layout review.

Do I need a special filename?

No. Use a name you recognize. Quantities and product assignments are recorded in the artwork workflow, not decoded from your filename.

What files can I upload?

The artwork system accepts JPG/JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF and ZIP, up to 1 GB per file. Embroidery-enabled products also accept their supported embroidery source formats. Accepted upload formats are not all automatically print-ready; follow the layout and preparation messages for your file.

Can I use a ZIP or a multi-page PDF?

Yes. Choose the designs or PDF pages you want to print and assign their quantities. Keep separate product print areas separate. Check every selected design and its layout; uploading a container does not choose or approve its contents for you.

Why does my artwork still need approval?

Uploading, assigning print quantities, accepting a layout and staff production review are separate steps. Open your order to see what is still needed. Permission to print your art does not replace layout approval.

My upload stopped. What now?

Keep the browser open while uploading. If you close or reload it, reselect the same original file for the same item to resume from the saved progress. Use Retry when offered; contact the crew if the problem continues.

Can you print artwork I found online?

You must be authorized to have the artwork printed. New customer uploads and replacements require your confirmation. Finding an image online does not itself give you permission to print it.

Can you print horror or graphic artwork?

No art too gross. If it's legal and you have the rights to print it, we're game.

Will you design or fix my artwork?

Supply print-ready artwork. Use the templates and check the exported file carefully. If you are unsure about a file or a custom request, contact the crew before ordering.

Templates & image quality

Which template should I choose?

Match the product size and orientation on your order. Download the full template from the Templates page. Do not save its preview or a screenshot.

Why does resolution matter?

A large print needs enough actual image pixels. Changing a DPI number or enlarging a small image does not restore detail. Keep the template canvas dimensions and inspect your artwork at full size before exporting.

Will template guides print?

Anything visible in your exported image can print. Keep a working copy, hide removable guide layers and cover any guides baked into the template. Reopen the finished export to check it.

Bundles & deadlines

What is a flag bundle?

Flag orders are grouped for production. Your assigned bundle deadline appears with your order guidance when available. Complete uploads, print quantities and layout acceptance before that cutoff. The crew handles factory submission separately.

I missed the cutoff. What happens?

Incomplete artwork steps can move your flags into a later bundle. Check your current assignment and finish any outstanding actions. Payment and uploaded artwork are retained; contact the crew about urgent requirements.

Does the countdown mean my order is printing?

No. The countdown is an artwork/order cutoff. Staff review, preparation and factory submission are separate. Your recorded order stage is the place to check progress.

Production & order changes

When will my order print?

Check Your order below for the recorded stage and outstanding actions. Artwork Received means your choices are recorded; it does not confirm factory delivery. Printing Soon is the production stage recorded by the crew. We do not promise a fixed turnaround from the bundle cutoff.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact the crew as soon as possible using your order number. Changes depend on the current production stage. Do not assume an uploaded replacement or a support request has changed work already committed to production.

Can I request a rush or custom configuration?

Contact the crew before ordering with your quantity, specifications and required date. Availability and any additional charges must be confirmed for your request.

Shipping & pickup

When will my order ship?

Ready for Shipping means the order is ready for a shipping label. Check order details and your shipping email for tracking when available. Production progress is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Where is my tracking number?

Open your order details or use the Tracking page. If tracking is not available yet, check the recorded stage. A new label may appear before the carrier scans the parcel.

My order says complete. Has it arrived?

Completed is an order status, not proof of delivery. Use carrier tracking for shipment progress. For pickup orders, follow the collection instructions from the crew.

How do I collect a pickup order?

Wait until your order is marked Ready for Pickup, then contact the crew to arrange collection. Pickup orders do not need a shipping label.

Do you ship to my country?

Enter your destination at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges. Contact the crew if no suitable option appears or you need clarification about international delivery.

Need a hand?

Why have I not received an email?

Check spam and junk folders and the email address on your order. You can still check your order and artwork actions in My Account. Contact the crew if you cannot access your order or need a message resent.

There is a problem with my order or print.

Contact the crew with your order number, a description of the problem and helpful photos. Keep the artwork and packaging available while we review the issue.

How do I report an upload or website problem?

Use Contact the crew or the Report a site problem link. Include what you were trying to do and the error message. Never send your password or share a private artwork access link publicly.

Still need a hand? Contact the crew with your order number.
